Bits 15 to 8: Reserved.
Bits 7 to 0: Type 2 Timer/Counter Reload High Register (T2RHx.7 to T2RHx.0). This register is used to load and read the most
significant 8-bit reload value (T2RHx) in the timer for the dual 8-bit mode.
